We want you to love your Edikted fits, but if something isn't quite right, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or store credit. Please ensure all items are unworn, unwashed, and have the original tags attached to be eligible for processing.

Start Your Return

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and UK postcode to initiate the process and select the items you wish to send back.

Choose Your Method

Select whether you would like a refund to your original payment method or an instant store credit, then generate your prepaid Royal Mail or EVRI return shipping label.

Package Your Items

Securely pack your items in their original packaging if possible, attach the downloaded return label to the outside of the parcel, and ensure any old shipping labels are covered.

Drop Off & Track

Take your package to the nearest designated drop-off point and keep your proof of postage receipt; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of arrival at our warehouse.
